Students from the SUTD Masters of Science in Urban Policy and Planning programme came to the MOGUL.sg co-working space at GeoWorks. They were introduced to our proprietary platform by our team at a casual introduction session. In that short meeting, the students were shown how harvesting the knowledge of geospatial data is vital in influencing the real estate ecosystem and how MOGUL.sg has integrated this knowledge into developing our product. The team also showcased how effective the MOGUL.sg search engine was in helping homeseekers find their housing requirements through simple stacking of their requirements according to their lifestyle needs (eg. High floor, Balcony, Gym nearby, Near MRT, Near Primary School, etc) Currently with over 1,000,000 unique searchable and stackable keywords, MOGUL.sg platform is the only property searching platform in the world that can filter out your perfect home through non-conventional parameters which vastly empowers the property seeker searching at a level of granularity like never before. The students were very much impressed with the product and there were plenty of questions after the 30 minute session.
